what can i do if after purchasing a used auto i discovered the vehicle had been wrecked and the car dealer did not disclose this information?

You don't mention your state, nor what kind of warranty was on said vehicle when you purchased it. If you had purchased additional warranties? Whether it was purchased "as is"?
