my grandmother passed away in november of 2000. my dad and aunt are co-trustees. they have not spoken for about 20 years. my dad lives in florida and took care of my grandmother. he submitted a bill for $3,000 for home health care and my aunt doesn't want to pay him. i was my grandmother's poa and she agreed to pay my dad in lieu of an outside home health care provider. my aunt lives in maryland and has only visited my grandmother 4 times in the last 20 years. if my dad writes a check from the trust to pay himself for the healthcare is this appropriate? does my aunt have any recourse? thank you.
