I actually have a few questions, First in the state of PA is it considered rape if a 14 year old girl and a 15 year old boy have sex and she becomes pregnant?
Second If the biological father does not sign his real name to the birth certificate and adoption papers can that be considered fake? Can anything be done to void the adoption and if not can he at least change the birth certificate to be his real name?

This is why children shouldn't have sex... let alone have babies.

The AOC is well above 14, so yes, is a child is raped at the age of 14, the rapist is going to jail.

PA law states if the complainant is less than 13 years of age; or the complainant is less than 16 years of age and the person is four or more years older than the complainant, and the complainant and the person are not married to each other. So in that case, no. After searching through 18 PA C.S. 3121 he is not guilty of rape at all.
