im starting a webpage that will have pictures that will be submitted by ex-boyfriends and girlfriends. it will post as to why that person thinks there ex is a loser along with their picture. do we need to have a disclosure to limit us to liabilty and defermation of character? and if we have advertisement on our webpage is that a copyright infringement?
