can a child of legal age sue for back child support from a parent that never paid any child support if the parent that had custody is deceased. in the state of kentucky.

I AM ALWAYS LIABLE

My response:

No. Only the parents and the court are "privy" to that Order. The child is merely a beneficiary of that Order, and has no legal "standing" to sue. It was up to the Custodial parent to act to enforce the Order. If the Custodial parent failed to do so, it's all over.
