Hello, My name is cody im 17 years old i was sited for Pc. 308(b) Possession of Tobacco Instrument. I was parked in a parking lot left and was followed by a guard. A police offer pulled me over about a block away. The guard thought i stole something which i didn't. When they searched the car they found my water pipe. The officer said that he was recording it as in infraction. On the ticket he didnt show any vehicle speed info and didn't site me for driving. Can i lose my license? I had others in the car and my license is provisional. What kind of fines can i expect? Well i serve any community service time?
