I live in NC, & i was convicted in 07 of Assault on a Government official. The officer claimed i brushed his leg with my car. The officer wasnt injured, didnt recieve treatment or anything. Basically, i was at the wrong place at the wrong time & i was saying things i shouldnt have & he was fed up with my mouth & the first chance he got to charge me with something he did. Well i have a clean record besides this charge & im not going into nursing school. Im just worried that this charge is going to keep me from doing so, is there any way i can get this charge expunged or pardoned or anything? PLEASE help me!..
