What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS
I have recently been charged with credit card abuse, to get information on my case there is a thread under bank and credit cards you can find. I have never used anyone else's credit card but nevertheless, am very worried. I dont trust the legal system. im in Williamson County, known for its strict and corrupt ways. I am a single mother of two and do NOT want to be taken away from my children. I heard from a friend about the First offenders Act in Georgia. DOES IT EXIST?? And Would it work in TEXAS? SOMEONE, anyone, PLEASE get back to me on this.
