I am the guardian on an account for my son. A few years age I used the money in conjunction with my own, not knowing all the legalities. I was ordered to repay this and have. I was however in a difficult circumstance over the course of time when I was repaying the money and faced foreclosure on my home and the electricity being shut off while my husband and I were separated a few times during the time and he was giving me no support. I panicked and used the money always replacing it as soon as I could. I now have to report to the court for all the withdrawals made on the account. Will they take into consideration the circumstances and the fact that it has all been repaid. I have also requested that the account be turned over to someone else or put in a money market so that the court will be assured I have no access to it .
