What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL

My 17-year-old daughter has to go to court tomorrow. She refused a breathalyzer as a passenger in a car. She was issued "Illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor" ticket. Any advice?

Aside from the legal consequences she may have to deal with, I sure hope you intend to monitor who her "friends" are more closely.

Being a parent of a teen ager is hard and I sympathize with you.
