My Father-in-law is in a Nursing Home. For some reason he has signed the Power of Attorney over to his daughte-in-law, and the Medical Power of Attorney to his neighbor. His wife is still living an is paying all of his bills, he is not eligible for Medicare to pay his nursing home expenses. His wife needs Power of Attorney, but does not know how to go about it. What can be done? Hope someone can help us with this.
