Baltimore MD - There are 5 people listed on a deed to a house left by a grandmother (who got it from a deceased son). Of those 5 people 2 have decided to live in the house (one being the natural son of the deceased son of the grandmother). The house is paid for and the only bills associated with living in the house are taxes and utilities.

If one of the two people living in the house is not contributing to these bills, does the other person (the natural son) have the right to ask the one not contributing to move out? Does he have to go to court to do this?

First thing to do is get legal advice from a lawyer locally, as this is really a local matter and without going thru all the papers and facts I can not even guess.
