my sister bought a car for a man and he said nothing was wrong with the car only that the reverse was out of it she got it for 1300.00 but after we put oil in it it blowed it out the tailpipe what can she do we live in TN and i think their is a 72 hour law to where you can take it back

If the car was bought "as is", the seller cannot be held liable. That is why it is important to have any used car checked out prior to purchasing it, even if it is a $1300 car. An inspection costs only $100 and would have saved a whole lot more in the long run.
