What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington State.
We adopted a little girl. At age 14 she didn't want to live with us. so we placed her with some friends and a year later we signed over to them to be her legal Guardians. She has now left their home and is 19years old. She has been supporting herself for 14months. She now is back in contact with us and said that we are legally her parents yet we have had no say in her life for the pass 5 years now. So my question is are we still her parents? Are we responible
for her legally? thank you

Giving someone legal guardianship does not terminate your parental rights. So, unless those people adopted her, you are still her parents.

She is however, 19, so she is responsible for herself, as she is now an adult.
