I got a noise control violation for playing my music to loud.

I have no system in my car, nor good speakers. Everything is factory based.
this happen in easton Pa. Northampton County

does anyone have any advise on how to beat this charge?

Speakers that are not good, or even speakers that are bad, can still play music quite loudly. The charge isn't for playing the music in perfect quality, only for playing music that was louder than the ordinance allows. The only way to beat this is to prove your music wasn't too loud.
