My Dad lives in Florida and owns a timeshare in Massachusetts. He wants to name me as beneficiary so that the deed will be transferred to me upon his death. Is this something that can be handled with a notarized letter or does this need to be handled by a lawyer? He does not want this timeshare included in his will.
