What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

Ohio Probation Violations

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A person in Ohio is sentenced to 30 days in jail. 13 served, 17 suspended, and 1 year of probation.

If this person violates probation, what is the MAXIMUM time they could be incarcerated?

Thanks

The death penalty is the maximum punishment, if the person violates parole by killing somebody. ....What a vague question...

I would've said, "what could....yada, yada, yada, if the person committed another crime"....HAD that been the question.

You having a bad day, or something?

Just for you then,...If the probationer with the sentence I originally described violated probation by running a stop sign, didn't show up for community service, or simply pissed off their PO, what would be the maximum incarceration?
