My wife and I are expecting our first child within the next dew days to two weeks. We would like to get a will set up before then. I was planning on doing it through USLegalForms.com. They give the choice of "married with minor children" or "married with no children." Since we dont have kids yet, but will any day now, how do we handle that situation? Which one do we choose? We want to be able to establish a guardian in the event we both die, but how do we name a guardian for a yet unborn and unnamed kid?

Thank you for your help!
