I live in Denver Colorado. In the state of Colorado, can the police take a minor into custody without a parent? Do they have the right to question, photograph and finger print him?

they have the right to take you in w/o a parent but not question u w/o them unless there is a lawyer with you
Are you able to cite where you're getting your information? I happen to disagree. I'm also curious how you happen to know so much about Colorado law when you don't actually live there.
