minimum and maximum sentencing for two counts of burglary in Nebraska

My boyfriend was arrested on the 13th this month for two counts of burglary on two golf courses. He is 20 years old and his record is pretty clean. He was under the influence of drugs when he was booked. Could he get probation and rehab insted of jail time? If he did get jail time, what would be the max and min sentence?
