US i need help on what is going to happen at court im a habitual runnaway and have drug problems i got a ticket for pen handeling but they say the judge can put me on house arrest and probation is that true if not what can happen?:confused:

**A: there is no law against pen handling. That is unless you stole my Mont Blanc pen.
