My husband and I recently posted a website on the internet. Included in the website is a page about our children, his from first marriage ages 19 & 15, and mine from prior marriage ages 21 & 24. We included a couple of pictures of each child and a brief statement regarding his/her accopmlishments, colleges, etc. His two children do not want to be on the website and have demanded that we remove them. His 19 year old is threatening to sue to force us to remove her from the website, and his ex-wife is threatening to sue on behalf of the 15 year old to force us to remove all reference of the child from the website. Should we worry about this? Have we violated any laws in posting the children on the website? Can we be forced to remove them from the website? We are in NM, they are in AZ.
