What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Fulton, Georgia

I previously had a back ground check and discovered two charges that were entered on a "dead docket" twenty-one years had not been disposed. The charges are criminal trespass and terroristic threats. I was 23 years old, I had been drinking and got in a fight in a night club. I said some things I shouldn't have to the security officers at the bar after I was arrested. Anyhow, they charged me with criminal trespass and terroristic threats. No one was injured and there were no weapons involved.

I have no history of any other charges on my record. Do you have any advice on what I can do to resolve this situation?

Thank you in advance
