What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? For the state of Alabama

Is there a time limit for how long an Executor has to dispurse living trust estates after death?

If it is a living trust, the person administering it is called a Trustee.

A trust is a private document. There is no court looking over the shoulder of the Trustee (as there is in a probate case). The Trust document should spell out the duties of the Trustee and instructions for disbursing the trust assets.

If you are not satisfied with the Trustee's performance, you will need to consult with an attorney.
