What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota
Is it true that you cannot be apprehended for DWI based upon an anonymous call.

A stop purely on that probably wouldn't be valid, but a cop given a "anonymous tip" that someone is driving drunk probably wouldn't have to watch the suspect vehicle long before the driver gives further cause for a stop.

Intoxicated mother let her minor child drive them both home on an ATV. Someone reported it. The police stopped them and this mother blew a .83--which according to OP, is not drunk. She is arguing since she was not driving, she should not be charged with a DWI.
