Can employer send me paystub declaring my salry and taxes and not pay me money

My employer is routinely sending me pay stubs of my pay. I have direct deposit and for last 2 pay period they are depositing the money and reversing the pay. They are with holding my taxes too. I have asked them several time they are not sending me money. My bank said that they are reversing the entry under the clause of pre authorize debit on direct deposit. DO I have right to sue them?
