What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts

Is there a law that a person who intentionally or through negligence, causes the death of another, cannot benefit from the will of that person? and if so could you cite it? thanks

Some states have this law and others do not. The stipulation is that the person must be CONVICTED of the crime before not being allowed to receive the proceeds.
