hello. I need to know if i have a case. I was in the Navy for 10yrs. I want to file a lawsuit against the navy because my administrative due process right was violated and also their was conflict of interest persons on my trila panel as well as a member who could not be objective on my panel.

My response:

You need to file a Federal Claim first, before you can file a lawsuit. See an attorney who is familiar with Federal Claims and law.
