i have a eleven y/o felony that showed up on a background check on a job i've worked for a year. the check showed up 2/7/08 no one told me anything. then 11/21/08 i was asked to come in to the office the next day where i was then told over the phone that i was not to go to work that night because of the background check that i was fired. thats all that was said do i have any rights what so ever?
