Can a prosecuting attorney try a case in court that is for me and also be trying a case in court that is against me. The one that is for me is a molestation case on me, my daughter and my niece. The one that is against me is 2nd degree burglary. He is the one in charge on both of them. I feel there is a conflict of interest on this. Advice is very appreciated. This is in Missouri.
