how can the state of Oregon keep legally married couples apart against their will? My husband and I are being charged with manufactoring of a controlled substance, the DA said that the release agreement must state that my husband and I are to have NO CONTACT. After 20 years of being married and living in the same house? IMPOSSIBLE. What should we do?
