My son was caught on school property with an ounce and one-fourth of pot with two hits of LSD With a good lawyer will he serve time in prison or jail? We live in Indiana he has no other record. should we ask to move the case to a bigger town where this is not such a unusual case? Our town is small 16,000 & we now everyone. Will he go to boyschool?
