What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ
Hello. I am traveling to Ireland to scope out potential employment there and expect to be gone for seven to ten days.
How can I certify my unemployment insurance claim while out of the country?

You'll have to ask the state of NJ that one.

And actually, you can't.

You must be available for work: This means that you are
ready to start a job immediately. It also means you have
transportation and do not have to remain at home to care for
children or other dependents. You must be available for work
every day of the week for which you are claiming benefits.
