in the state of texas constition bill of rights article 11a if after been given a bail a motion of no bail is ordered how many days can they hold you on a no bond until they have to reinstate you original bond?my husband was arrested for possession and given a bail then within 7 days a motion to revoke probation with no bond was issued. id like to know after how long is the original bond reinstated the way i understand it is 60 days
