What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Oshawa court in Ontario

My son was charged with Dangerous Driving. He cannot affort a lawyer. What really happen is the back axel on his car broke as it had been sitting in a field for a few years. He did not live an up to date insurance or sticker for the car as it was sitting.

He always had insurance up to the time he didn't get an updated licence. But then he had fire and thief.

My middle son (his younger brother) is in his last year at Toronto University. Can her represent his brother?
