What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? kentucky My question is are siblings allowed to have access to parents property after they are deceased or just the executrix which is a sibling.I have asked for a key and have been turned down by executrixWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?kentucky

If your sister has received appointment to adminsiter the estate, then she has the responsibility to safeguard the property. Handing out keys to others, siblings or otherwise, is not a good way to do that.
