What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? pa
I have guardianship over a 15 year old, hes been with me a month. He has turned his life of truancy, failing, getting in trouble, to passing and having a whole new attitude. His mother now wants to pull him from this good environment and put him into his old bad one. He does not want to go. Somewhere there has to be someone willing to help this child. I am not related and am told have no rights to stand on. I am willing to do anything to help him. Any suggestions? If he returns to his old life he will be failing school and probably dropping out and who knows what else he will be getting in trouble doing.
