What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I think Florida.
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University opened up a center in Luxembourg, hired me to run it with another guy, and then closed it improperly leaving us unemployed. Inproperly because they did not give proper notice before just closing up and moving to Berlin, Germany. I won a court case in Luxembourg and ERAU is supposed to pay about $7000 (current rate), but they are no longer in the country. My question is if I can take this judgement and get the main campus in Daytona Beach to pay - the same people there signed my employment contract (employment contracts are used in Europe).
