Will of a dieing person is legal or not?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oklahoma... I want to know if a will is legal and how can or do to keep it from being changed if so... and how to get property put in my name...Jesusfreak1962

Has there been a will drawn up?

Was it drawn up by a lawyer?

Was it written in the person's own hand?

The last question baffles me... How do I get stuffed mentioned in a will... I dunno, be really nice to that person?

Was the person of sound mind at the time they made/changed the will? Were there witnesses who can attest to the mental competency of the willmaker? Was the willmaker coerced in any way?
