I am from PA. Recently charged with possession of a wooden pipe and less than a half gram of pot. The officer lied and said the pot was tested. He has no report. He does have a report of a level 1 substance in the pipe. This matter is giong back to the magistrate very soon. Can I obtain the policemans testimony from the county prothonotary office when he lied to the county judge about having the pot tested?
