I was injured 9/97 on the job and was referred to orthopedic surgeon for cons. re: surgery on right hand.When I returned to work I had been terminated. I have an attorney who has said "if we go to trial you will lose be cause of my crediability".( i have a felony and i used drugs 10 years ago). I am scheduled to go to trial this Tues. 2/27/01. Also the defendants witnesses have all been subpeaned but my attorney failed to supeana my 2 witnesses. I live in Idyllwild, California (Riverside County)
