I have termanal cancer, I gave my wife power of attorney. She then went to the bank and took out all my money. How can I remove the power of attorney and get my money back?

You can revoke the power of attorney by just saying so. It would behoove you to inform people who might see the original document.

As for getting your money back, that would take a lawyer. Did you wife even need a POA to make the withdrawl?
