What if a juvinell was arrested, hit with the butts of shot guns, faces stepped on when a raid was going down, these juvinells were not resitting nor was anybody. One of the juvinells was interrigated by the DCI, when he tried to coroperate they told him he was lying, they would pick him up and haul him to the bathroom threatening to pull his pants down and make him take a drug test, then they would haul him back to the interrigation room and question him again, then they would say that this is how it happened and he would say whatever. He did not give a statement nor did he sign a statement, they finally released him to his father. The other juvenille was kept for three days in jail then turned over to the state where they put her in a girls home. When the DCI called her mother she told them they couldn't question her daughter without their lawyere or her being present. I thought it was your right to have a lawyere present? I didn't realize that you could be punished for asking to have your lawyere present.
