What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I am in KY. Am wondering what kind of charges could be brought against a guy in this situation. My 11 year old daughter went into the girls locker room and a guy (18 years old) was hiding in the next stall. He knelt down and put is into her stall and looked at her. She was not undressed yet and ran away. His identity is know and the police told me they would arrest him.

Probably the voyeurism statute 531.090 would be used, but other charges may be applied based on the exact circumstances

This man is a serious danger to the community, and hopefully they will throw the book at him since the crime was so intrusive and brash involving a child.
