been working with t.s.a since 2002 dept of homeland security airport checkpoint security.. And was let go after 6 years of service on july 25th 2008 ,,

reason: Failure to pass annual proficiency review ..
Meaning every 6 month take a test to see if u can show u know what your doing on the job

since i been with the company i have train in other job areas where i dont do the same day to day function when i started i could of been retain and retrain like my co workers who have also fail,,

i believe i been an outcast and seek legal advice

I take it you don't travel by plane very often.

Anyway, a required proficency test that is failed is valid reason for termination.
