the cops stopped by my house while i was at work,they said the door was unlocked and gained entry to my house and searched it without consent.
they came across my brother sleeping in his room .they stated that they were there to serve an arrest warrant , but the person they was looking for doesent live here ,maybe it was a previous occupant.however they discovered a small amount of marijaunna (less than a gram)
and other cultivation stuff (2 flower pots,a light and potting soil)they told him they was going to charge him with a
felony for cultivation if he didnt sign the consent form.in
ohio this would have been a minor misdameanor for the amount of contraband they found.
i know coercion is not allowed ,what steps can i take to correct this injustice
