What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin

Just a question...does a misdemeanor underage drinking ticket stay on your record? Or once I pay it will it be erased? I'm a freshman in college and just don't want this to affect me when applying to law school or jobs. I'm wondering if I should try and fight or just pay the ticket. (Blew a .08, it was just a busted party of about 8 of us, we had sober drivers lined up, no prior criminal history, no loud music or anything tenants upstairs called it in)

You need to get an attorney and fight it.

And you might wanna lose the "it was just a party" crap in court... to a judge, that is like saying, "I was just one robbery".
