What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
After my uncle died, the court of California assigned me and afriend as co-trustee on the trust. I, live abroad, and the second one is us resident. She took care of all the acounting in the past 2 years. At this time i asked her to give me information about the account, and she never did it.
So i sent my daughter who lives in the us, to the branch and she found out that all of the money was gone. while we were trying to get her on the phone, she decided she will resign in 30 days, she said she will give me the money back. Except from the cash, i inherited a house as well. she took the money before we sold the house, even thought part of the agreement was- the last payment will be after the sell.
She took thousends of us$ year ago without my knowledge and gave 30% back.
What should i do?
