parking ticket within 25 ft of crosswalk

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

I just received a failure to apper notice from Passaic City Municipal Court stating ticket# and to pay $64 by 1/29/09.
First of all, I have never received that ticket , may be it was removed by somone or flew away. Second thing, I parked at that location in the night but ticket says 10:11am.

Can I fight this ticket if there are no sign or 25 feet of curb is not painted yellow ?
Also, does it matter if the time on the ticket is wrong?

The curb doesn't need to be yellow. You're supposed to notice things like intersections, fire hydrants, driveways, and crosswalks on your own.

The time isn't much going to matter either.
