fired due to bad customer service?

i was terminated by my employer who states written statements were taken from coworkers who state i was participating in racial slurs with a customer. the customer called me a n----- hater. when i stated that was not so, the customer berated me over and over again for being such. i was told i was terminated since i did not call the police soon enough coupled with prior customer service problems. i have never been informed of any prior customer service problem. i have, in fact been awarded prizes for being excellent in the field of customer service. so i have any recourse? this is in minnesota.

Unless discriminated against for race, relgious, age, disability...things like that, you have no recourse.
